In this series, we’ll be looking at different use cases for AI – in particular, generative AI and large language models, the software that powers tools like ChatGPT, Google Gemini, and Anthropic Claude. Each day, we’ll look at the use case through the lens of the Trust Insights 5P Framework to see the role AI plays in achieving real, tangible outcomes.

These use cases are designed not only to be read, but also to be given to the generative AI tool as part of a prompt to help you achieve the outcomes you’re after. Content marketers need to create consistent, well-formatted use cases at scale while maintaining human originality and copyright ownership. This system transforms voice-recorded concepts into properly structured use cases using AI, dramatically reducing production time while ensuring quality and maintaining a clear chain of evidence for original human authorship.

People

The primary actor is the content marketer who needs to generate content at scale. This person maintains control of the creative process by providing the original content through voice recording, while leveraging AI tools to handle the formatting and structure. The content marketer initiates the process and owns the final output.

The key stakeholders include the marketing team who will utilize the content, the broader organization that benefits from the content’s reach and impact, and the target audience who consumes the final use cases. Each stakeholder has a vested interest in both the quality and authenticity of the content produced.

Process

  • Record original use case content using a voice memo app
  • Upload voice recording to an AI transcription service
  • Feed the transcribed text into Anthropic Claude with a predefined template
  • Apply custom writing style based on pre-loaded writing samples
  • Review and publish the formatted use case to the blog
  • Maintain documentation of the human-originated content chain
